Biography- Dr. Jason Jeter has been practicing general dentistry in Visalia since 1999. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA. Dr. Jeter is a member of the California Dental Association and the American College of Dentists. In his home community, he donates his time to serve the Samaritan Center Dental Clinic and is a past president and active member of the Tulare-Kings Dental Society.
 
A native of Tulare County, Dr. Jeter was born and raised in Visalia.  Upon graduation from dental school, he moved back to Visalia to practice dentistry with his father, who also practiced in Visalia for 39 years. He has been married to Elenor since 2001 and has two children, Grace and Ethan.  Dr. Jeter lives in Three Rivers, but likes to spend as much time in Mammoth Lakes as he can.  During his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, specifically: mountain biking, back country and telemark skiing, backpacking, kayaking, fly fishing, and wakeboarding.

Biography: Dr. Mari Miyamoto was born and raised on the island of Maui. She graduated from
the University of the Pacific with a degree in Biology and graduated from their dental school in
2012. After being in private practice in Honolulu, HI for 5 years, she decided to move back to
California. In her free time she enjoys visiting her family in Hawaii, going on road trips, and
golfing. Dr. Miyamoto is excited to join Dr. Jeter's practice and looks forward to serving the
Visalia Community.

Karla Perry

Registered Dental Hygienist

Karla has been in the dental field for 30 years.  She received a degree in Dental Assisting as well as her Associates degree from San Diego Mesa College in 1990. Karla then went on to get a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1999 from SJVC in Visalia.  She is married with 3 children and enjoys being active by working out at the gym, kick boxing classes and competing in Spartan runs or any other type of mud runs.

Cecilia Zamora

Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions

Cecilia moved to Visalia from Monterey County in 2006. At that time she started working for Dr. Jeter Sr.  She earned her RDA certification through Salinas Regional Occupation Program.  She then went on to earn her Extended Functions certification at UCSF.  After 30+ years of being an RDA, she still loves what she does.  In her free time she loves spending time with her 3 kids, walking her dog and cooking up new recipes.

Laura Aceves

Laura has been with us since 2007. As Patient Coordinator, she is dedicated to making sure our patients' overall dental experience is positive. Laura is committed to making sure that our patients are able to maximize their benefits.

Shara Alter

Registered Dental Hygienist

Shara has been in the Dental Field for 15 years.  She graduated from Reedley College in 2001 with a degree in Dental Assisting.  She went on to graduate from Fresno City College in 2005 with a degree in Dental Hyiene.  She loves outdoors adventures like running or hiking.  She is a thrill seeker at heart.   Enjoys time with her 3 kids and husband.

Debbie Larsen

Registered Dental Hygienist

Deborah is a Visalia native.  She graduated from Fresno City College in 1992 with an Associate of Science degree in dental hygiene. She thoroughly enjoys caring for her patients and building dental and personal relationships with them.  It is very gratifying to her as a hygienist to give care to her patients in a calm and caring atmosphere where their comfort and well being is the main concern.  She is also the proud mother of three children and enjoys photography and gardening.

Julie Iskenderian

Julie is a graduate of Redwood High School and attended the College of the Sequoias. She earned her dental hygiene degree from San Joaquin Valley College in 2002.

Lisa has been working in the dental field for over 20 years.  She aspires to make every patient feel at home when walking into our office. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and her pug.

Laure Marshall

 Laure has been in the dental field for 9 years, earning her Associates of
Science degree from SJVC in Dental Assisting. She grew up in the
small town of Exeter and has been married for 6 years. Laure loves
spending time exploring the outdoors, gardening, and getting her hands
on her next DIY project.

Claire Perry

Registered Dental Hygienist

Claire was born and raised in Visalia and now lives in Exeter with her high school sweetheart and family.  She graduated from SJVC Dental Hygiene program in 2008.  Claire loves spending time outdoors with her family; including mountain biking, paddle boarding and hiking.
